Our Practice
Dr. Jou has been practicing medicine since 2000, specializing in the field of endocrinology and diabetes. After receiving his medical degree in 1995 from Wayne State University in Michigan, he completed an internal medicine residency in 1998 at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, California, an affiliate hospital of the University of Southern California School of Medicine. After witnessing the many devastating complications uncontrolled diabetes can cause, he pursued additional training to further his knowledge in the care of diabetes patients. Dr. Jou subsequently completed a fellowship in endocrinology at Scripps Clinic in La Jolla, California in 2000. He has enjoyed living and practicing in Temecula since 2007.

Nicole Stevens, RN, BSN, CDE

Nicole started her career as a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) in 1988. Having type 1 diabetes herself, she went on to become a registered nurse (RN), and furthered her education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) in 2018. Nicole has worked at many establishments, including Harbor UCLA Medical Center, UCLA, and Queen of Angels Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital as a Diabetes Educator. She moved to Riverside County in 2003, and worked at Riverside Medical Clinic, as well as with Johnson & Johnson as a Territory Sale & Clinical Manager for Animas, educating patients on the use of insulin pump delivery systems. She has been a Certified Diabetes Educator since 2001, and truly enjoys helping those with diabetes live beyond their means.
